Critical Reception

The release date for Night Attack 2 was announced only a few weeks before the final date of 20 April, 2013. Upon release, it was met with over 200 5-star reviews, and within the first 24 hours, Night Attack 2 reached #35 on the overall iTunes US albums chart.[1] It also achieved a persistent number 1 on the iTunes comedy album charts in the US, UK, and Canada.

On 25 April, 2013, it was announced that Night Attack 2 had succeeded its predecessor by debuting number 1 on the Billboard comedy charts (which wouldn't actually reflect such until the week of May 4, 2013).[2][3] It continued to top the Billboard comedy charts for 2 consecutive weeks.
