This is a listing of all notable injuries during the filming of Modern Rogue episodes.

Specifications for an injury reset:

  • The counter is reset upon drawn blood.
  • The counter is reset when pain / an injury impedes production in some way.
  • Ultimately, any given reset is determined by the editor's discretion.
  • The counter tracks time between published date of episode, not when the actual injury occurred.

Sliding Across the Hood of a Car

Days since previous injury: 55

Jason's hand gets caught on a knob on the hood of the car, drawing blood.
Jason also injures a leg off-camera over the course of numerous slides, this can only be seen in the FPE.

Crafting Knives out of Saw Blades

Episode 168, 2019-02-16
Days since previous injury: 20

Katelyn cuts her hand while wrapping tape around her knife's base as a handle. It is not immediately evident that she was cut, but after a brief moment, blood is drawn.
  • This is the first instance of a guest resetting the injury counter.

A Fool's Guide to Nunchucking

Brian, immediately after being handed a pair of foam nunchucks, flails it around and hits himself in the right eye.

Minutes since previous injury: 16

Jason develops two welts on his arm after attacking DAVE and having the nunchucks bounce off and hit his arm on the rebound.

Turning Balloons into Deadly Slingshots

After filming for the episode is finished, Jason is discovered to have a welt forming on his hand from a flying ball bearing launched by his own slingshot.

Shattering Frozen Locks

Brian hits a frozen lock with a mallet, sending icey shrapnel which burned through Jason's shirt and cut up Brian's hand bad enough to end the episode there. The next day he went to the ER, where they informed him that he waited too long to come in for them to do much.
