South by So Wasted (abbreviated SXSWasted) is an annual concert event presented by Night Attack. The name of the event refers to the South by Southwest music and arts festival which occurs in the days surrounding the concert.

Before 2012

Brian Brushwood and Justin Robert Young documented their SXSW shenanigans in conjunction with TWiT. Bonnie Brushwood was a visible producer.

SXSWasted

SXSWasted began as an event held by the Go Game. There was no concert.

SXSWasted 2

SXSWasted 2 occurred on March 9th, 2013 at The Eastern. Guests were Ali Spagnola and The Possum Posse.

SXSWasted 2014

SXSWasted 3 occurred on March 8th, 2014 at The Handlebar. Guests were Tay Allyn and The Possum Posse.

SXSWasted 2015

SXSWasted 2015 occurred on March 14th, 2015 at The Handlebar. Guests were Carson "Tropix" Pace, Dual Core, and The Possum Posse (featuring Tay Allyn).

Austin Night Attack Live (SXSWasted 2016)

The first "Austin Night Attack Live" at SXSWasted will occur on March 12th, 2016 at The Brew Exchange. Jomo and the Possum Posse is scheduled to appear. It will be the first full Night Attack podcast recorded live at a SXSWasted event, and the introduction of "30 Seconds or DIAF," a new bit in which each host must perform an act drawn out of a hat for 30 seconds, or perform a punishment such as eating a ghost pepper (the "fire" in DIAF).
