The Pie High Dog first appeared in NSFWshow Episode 61 [1] when Ryan Connolly noted its strength as a contender for twitter avatar. Ryan was then sentenced to using it as his own avatar for 24 hours upon finishing in last place for Chatrealm's Choice.
