Back Dat Ass Up is an inside joke from NSFW 32: She Backed Me Up With Science. During the commercial for Carbonite Justin Robert Young mentioned that Carbonite could be used to back up your dirty photos of your wife. Brian Brushwood then made the remark that if you got pictures of your wifes backside you should "Back dat ass up!", thereafter both hosts were reduced to a giggling fit and could barely contain themselves to finish the rest of the commercial.
