Jury Friday is a weekly morning live stream hosted by Justin Robert Young. It steams Friday mornings at 10am Eastern Time on Justin's Justin.tv channel. The one-man show focuses mostly on video games, movies and pop culture, however unlike every other show in the BBverse, Jury Friday deals a lot with politics. Another thing that sets it apart from other shows is the musical interludes, where every so often Justin will play a song to take a break and to keep from "getting lost in [his] own horseshit".

Justin started doing the show as an experiment, because he is fascinated by radio show hosts that can just talk to themselves for hours on the air and he wanted to see if he could do it too. The first episode was on March 23, 2012 and was very well received by the 60 or so live viewers, plus those who watched it later on the Justin.tv archive.

Show Format

The show is VERY new at this point, and doesn't quite have a set format. Justin simply starts talking about a subject and occasionally mentions comments from the chatroom. The show usually consists of a few segments separated by music breaks. During the last segment, Justin brings up the topic of politics and proposes bets on what will happen in the next week, which will the be reviewed in the next episode. So far episodes are about an hour to an hour and a half long.

  • It is important to note that there has only been a couple episodes so far and the show is still in its experimental phase so the format could drastically change as time goes on.

EWWW! I Don't Like Politics!" Hey, calm down! Before you run screaming from this podcast because you don't like to hear about politics, hear this: when the subject of politics gets brought up, its not about the budget and foreign policy, rather Justin likes to talk about the silliness of the political process. For example, which candidate will say the dumbest thing this week? If that's still too much for you, sorry, but at least give it a chance first.
