"And if all goes well..." is a catch phrase originating from the Original Knife Test Footage video created and performed by Brian Brushwood. The phrase is usually followed by "Ta da!"

It was also used when Brian performed the trick on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on March 26, 2009.
