Twitter user WalkingCat found several references to "Windows 10 Version 1703" in the latest test versions of Microsoft's operating system. The four digit code has usually ended with the month of release. 1607 came out in July and 1511 in November. So WalkingCat logically assumes the next version of Windows will arrive in March. Microsoft may announce official dates at its Surface event October 26.
