The Possum Posse is a honky-tonk/bluegrass band from Austin, Texas, headed by Jomo Edwards. It is best known on the Internet for their Guy on a Buffalo series. In 2013, it released their first and currently only album, Let’s Ride, Boys! (On The Importance of Commas).
The band has been a guest on NSFW twice: All the Right Notes and Earnest on a Buffalo. It has also performed at every South by So Wasted concert to date. Justin Robert Young uses Alright By Mine as the intro to his podcast, JuRY.
