Stickam is a web site which featured a video chat between users and a chat room. It wasn't nearly as good as Ustream or Justin.tv for hosting a live internet show, but was known to work in a pinch in the unlikely event that other options weren't working right.
The TWiT Netcast Network once made their broadcasts available via Stickam, but discontinued this at the end of 2009.
Stickam shut down on January 31, 2013.
