Stickam is a web site which features a video chat between users and a chat room. It's not nearly as good as Ustream for hosting a live internet show, but has been known to work in a pinch in the unlikely event that Ustream isn't working right.
The TWiT Netcast Network once made their broadcasts available via Stickam, but discontinued this at the end of 2009.
