The Night Attack Startup Spelling Bee is a competition in which contestants are required to spell the names of tech startups found on Angel List]. As of 2015, nobody has been crowned a winner of the inaugural contest.

Rules

Each contestant is given the name of the startup, an alternate pronunciation, the size of the startup in people, its valuation, and the name of the startup used in a sentence.
Contestants must spell the name of the startup, using letters, numbers, and punctuation marks, case insensitive.

Catchphrases

"Awesome! I just downloaded (name)!"
"Fuck! (name) is down!"
