Description
The list of materials you'll need are:
- two-liter bottles
- scissors
- tape (electrical and duct/gaffers)
- cotton pads
- activated carbon pellets
- aluminum can
- a puncturing tool (compass)
- rubber bands
PLEASE NOTE: We have no idea how effective this solution is. What you see in this video is our attempt to test our own build with one brand of pepper spray.
