Eat a Billion Dicks (or EABD) is a goodbye, an insult, and a term of endearment. It should not be confused with "Eat a hot bowl of dicks," as sometimes tweeted by actor/rapper Ice-T.

It is best said in a cheery voice while waving and smiling.

Use of this phrase on NSFW started after the 46^th episode when JuRY said it in the aftershow. He then used this sign-off at the end of many episodes, in addition to Die in a Fire, until it faded into obsolescence.
