Diamond Con is a convention for fans of NSFW which was first mentioned in the after show of the Adventure Show episode.
There are no firm plans at this time, but it was originally proposed to hold it in Austin, Texas during SXSW and fly in frequent NSFW guests. Due to cost, timing, and logistics, it quickly became clear that it would be easiest, cheapest, and the best option to hold it in the Bay Area as an event separate from (and not replacing) SXSW, Nerdtacular, and Dragon*Con. It will likely be in late April or early May of 2014. Patrick Delahanty is currently investigating facilities. Expect no further announcements until the facility is finalized.
