Origins: In episode 43 "Secrets or BS" of the BBLiveShow, Brett Rounsaville was assessed with "The Penality Is Aids" by the Chat Room after what was considered an act of cheating when he looked into the evidence.
The phrase originated in the [[Secrets or BS (BBLiveShow episode)|Secrets or BS]] episode of BBLiveShow, when [[Brett Rounsaville]] cheated by looking at a submission's evidence.  The [[chat room]] told him "The Penality Is Aids".
