EFF A DOG (sometimes written by the chat room as EFF A DAWG) is a phrase introduced in Scott Johnson vs. The World. In the episode, Scott Johnson was participating in NPRSFW, a segment in which they read actual NPR stories with certain words replaced Mad Libs style. One replacement was "EFF A DOG", which Scott read in such a way that the chat room latched onto it and repeated it for the rest of the episode.
The preferred means of pronouncing it is with a loud, bellowing redneck voice, as it is often an interjection. The more awkwardness it creates, the better.
Alternately, Justin frequently uses this phrase when introducing Scott ("Scott 'Effadog' Johnson"), pronouncing it as if it were a normal word.
