The Monument We Deserve

Justin proposes a scenario in which Brian owns and operates official Scam School magic schools all across the country. After Brian's death, the city of Austin comes to Bonnie for ideas for a statue of Brian. Bonnie wants a giant statue, big enough to walk through, of Brian shirtless and blowing fire. There would also be a maze thrown in there for good measure. Unfortunately the city council turns Bonnie down because her plans are to grandiose.

This is exactly what the Copeland family is going through. Al Copeland Jr. wants to build a giant memorial to his father, the founder of "Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits". The family will provide all of the funding, but since the memorial would be on public land, it's really up to the city to decide if it gets built. Unfortunately, the fat cats of the Metairie, Louisiana city council rejected their plans because it wasn't "complementary to the park and its master plan."

One Step Closer to the Holodeck

Microsoft has a history of coming out with crazy ambitious prototypes, and they're at it again. This time it's the IllumiRoom.

Sweet Sassy Molassy!

Back in ye olde 1919 Boston there was a disaster at the Purity Distilling Company killing 21 and injuring 150. Brian and Bonnie guessed what this particular disaster was and Brian eventually figured it out.

Justin was referring to the Great Molasses Flood, in which a giant 2.3 million gal tank of molasses collapsed, releasing a giant wave of molasses upon the streets.

Kids are Weird

Imagine that you are warm and happy living with your siblings, but it's a bit dark. Now you lay your eggs hoping that some creature will come by and eat them. This is the life cycle of a pinworm, like the ones that recently infected an infant Calliope Brushwood.
