EFF A DOG (sometimes written by the chat room as EFF A DAWG) is a phrase introduced in Scott Johnson vs. The World. In the episode, Scott Johnson was participating in a segment in which they read actual NPR stories with certain words replaced Mad Libs style. One replacement was "EFF A DOG", which Scott read in such a way that the chat room latched onto it and repeated it for the rest of the episode.
