Original Knife Test Footage is a short video made by Brian Brushwood which was posted to YouTube on December 4, 2008. Much to Brian's surprise, it went viral. Brian has said that if he had known it would go viral, he'd have "tagged it with a URL or something." It has since been re-posted by other users.

This video gave birth to the catch phrase, "And if all goes well..."

This is a variation on the knife trick Brian does during his live show in which he crushes the three cups without the knife.

The trick was performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on March 26, 2009. Brian watched the episode live and provided commentary in Episode 16 of BBLiveShow.

Controversy

The video comments have had a debate as to if it's real or fake. People are stupid.
