Fapper, or Fapper The Dolphin, was named as such during the aftershow of the Where's Harry Potter? episode of NSFW, and first premiered during the episode proper. Fapper originally lived as a plush of Penny Brushwood's before joining the NSFW show, but has taken to his new position nicely. He has proved highly popular with test audiences, and response to his addition to the show include "cute", "adorable," and "dawwww"(sic), unaware of the twisted mind that lies within...
He also has an affinity towards Chad Johnson. Possibly more.
