PIATC is short for "Pee In A Trash Can!"
The phrase originated from Chatrealm during a Diamond Club viewing of Brian's Justin.tv feed in the early morning hours of February 14, 2011.
Justin had to pee and it was suggested that he pee in a trash can. Chatrealm jumped on this quickly with the PIATC acronym. It was used during Brian's next Justin.tv live stream that afternoon when he was visiting Ryan Connolly for a Film Riot shoot.
