The inimitable Chat Room has often been said to be the writers of the absurd BBLiveShow. They are a dedicated group of content producers brought together by magician and entrepreneur Brian Brushwood and comedian and journalist Justin Robert Young. Frequently over the line and immature, the Chat Room consists of the best and worst that the BBLiveShow NSFW and Night Attack has to offer.
...except for Kuhan. He's always the worst.
Rules
Rules for Diamond Club IRC #chat other rooms either don't have any rules or the rules may vary depending on who mods that room/channel.
- Don't be too much of a Dick/Jerk/Asshole/Cunt if someone asks you to stop you probably should
- Take all Drama to #Drama or use PMs (private messages) or use/make another room/channel
- If you are getting into a long conversation with someone on #chat it is best to take that conversation to PM or another room/channel so that you are not clogging up the main chat for everyone else.
- Don't spam excessively
- All Hail the mighty t2t2 and his trusty moderaptor Source Link
Brief History of Chatrealm
During Scream Queens vs Zombie President, the chat room was accidentally referred to as "the chat realm". They went with it.
After that, "Chatrealm" became the term used to refer to fans of NSFW who are in the IRC chat room as they watch. Fans who also join in on non-scheduled Justin.tv or Ustream broadcasts are referred to as Diamond Club.
Over the years, the term "chatrealm" has started to be used to refer to people in the chat room of other TWiT shows with "Diamond Club" being used as the term often used to differentiate fans of NSFW.
Twit rules in the #unfiltered chat room on irc.twit.tv are based on the whims of the moderators. Piss them off once, they'll kick. Piss them off twice, they'll kickban.
Several automated moderation options are in place. One will convert "fuck" to "Vaynerchuk". The other will auto-kick someone if they post 4 times in 10 seconds.
Swearing and risque behavior is not allowed in #twitlive, but is welcome in #unfiltered as long as you don't go too far. (For example, repeating sexual comments towards a female guest will get you kicked.)
